I Failed My Background Check. What Does That Mean?

The background check process is a critical part of maintaining trust & safety in the Wonolo community. If you received an email with the subjects below, it means that the report(s) provided by our third-party background check provider received a negative result and your access to the platform has been denied:

  • "Wonolo Application approval Update"
  • "Wonolo Application Denied" 

If you wish to dispute the accuracy of the information in the report directly with the consumer reporting agency (i.e., the source of the information contained in the report), then you should contact the consumer reporting agency at support@evidentid.com.

If you see any errors or inaccuracies in your report, please also make sure to contact us at support@wonolo.com within ten (10) business days of receiving the email with the subjects above.
