To update your account information, click "My Account." This can either be found by pulling out the menu on your Payable mobile app/device:
OR on the web where your picture appears in the upper right-hand corner:
From there, add or update your general information, tax information or payments information. Just tap on the section that includes the field that you need to add or update and enter your details.
You can update information at any time, but if you are updating payments information Payable recommends you do so when you don’t have a payment in transit. Understanding when your contracted company’s pay period begins and ends will help ensure there are no errors or delays in receiving funds.
