When you accept a job through the platform, your payment will start processing on the day you completed your job. It typically take 3-5 business days from the day you completed your job on the app for the funds to reflect on your account.
To ensure that payments are processed in a timely manner, please make sure your payment information is updated and verified on the 'Pay' tab of your Wonolo app.
There are occasions that you will be asked to reverify your payment details. Please be sure to check the email you have associated with your account for any additional steps required by our payment processor, Stripe.
