What is a Breach of Contract?

As a Wonoloer, you are an Independent Contractor. Working for yourself comes with some degree of self-responsibility. When you 'Accept' a job, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed.

As such, the way we hold the community to their commitment is by keeping a record of jobs that are worked and/or no-showed.

When Do Breaches Occur?

1 Breach = Any withdrawal from a job within 6 hours of the start time.

1 Breach = Withdrawing from 3 jobs or a multi-day job (6+ hours before the start time) within 30 days.

1 Breach = Any 1, 2, or 3-star rating.

1 Breach = Asking the Requestor to cancel the job for you.

3 Breaches = Any no-show/cancellation after the start time.

What Happens to My Account When a Breach Occurs?

First Breach = 3-day limited view of jobs and removal from any existing accepted jobs.

Second Breach = 7-day limited view of jobs notifications and removal from any accepted jobs.

Third Breach = Restricted view of jobs and removal from all accepted jobs.

After 30 days, if you have not exceeded two breaches, your breach count will reset to 0.
